Lotto
All proceeds from this week’s lotto will go towards the Declan Rogers fundraiser.
Last week’s lucky numbers were 9, 10, 12 and 21. The Match 3 winners were Shaun Pidgeon and Martina Rochford. The jackpot is capped at €15,000. You can purchase your tickets in local shops or online.

Last Saturday’s All-County League Division 3 Round 2 fixture against St Loman’s was postponed due to an unplayable pitch. It will be rescheduled for a later date.

Last Man Standing
A further eight people have been eliminated from our Last Man Standing National League competition due to the Cavan and Tipperary footballers failing to win.
It means just six out of 135 entrants have made it through to Week 7. Next week is hurling only. Those still in the reckoning will receive instructions by email.
Sympathy
Deepest sympathy is extended to the Carroll family, including our intermediate player Conor, on the passing of Johnny Carroll after a brief illness in Brazil last week.
Johnny was a very personable and likeable man who ran John Carroll Car Sales in Kilbeggan and Tullamore for many years. May he rest in peace.
Mercy Secondary School in North Leinster final
Best of luck to Mercy Secondary School in their upcoming North Leinster Post Primary Schools Junior ‘C’ Football final against Boyne Community School, Trim. They booked their place in the decider with a thrilling 2-11 to 1-13 win over St Ciaran’s Community School, Kells last week.
