Couch to 5K

We’re delighted to launch a new initiative for 2026 – Couch to 5K – led by club members Anna Wrafter and James Fox.

As part of this programme, we’re incorporating the Irish Life Steps Challenge, so every walk or run you do helps build our club total. Download the Irish Life app, log your walks or runs, and help us hit 4,000km steps collectively — once we do, we’re entered into a draw to win a share of €30,000 in club funding.

The Couch to 5K commences this Wednesday, January 7 at 7pm in MJS Builds St James’ Park and will run until February 11. All are welcome to take part.

New Year’s mega lotto draw

We are holding a New Year’s mega draw this Tuesday, January 6. The draw will include a €500 bonus draw.

The jackpot has been capped at €15,000 until it is won again. Make sure to buy your tickets online or at Centra, Mee's Costcutter and Whelan’s. Thank you for your continued support.

All players must have membership in order to train, play matches or use our facilities. Payment can be renewed through our system on ClubZap.
